What you will do

• Provide technical supervision across production departments to ensure efficient workflows.
• Review and release manufacturing documentation into production.
• Support contract reviews by advising on methods, tooling, and potential risks.
• Ensure all jobs are executed in line with approved processes and QHSE standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver practical, hands-on solutions on the shop floor.
• Carry out inspections and support NCR and root cause investigations.

Requirements

• Strong background in CNC machining or mechanical engineering.
• Experience with tooling, work holding, and production processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience supporting or guiding shop floor teams in a leadership capacity.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with inspection, metrology, or testing.
• Background in subcontract or heavy engineering.
