What you will do

• Generate and issue patient invoices following insurance adjudication and balance determination.
• Communicate with patients to collect outstanding balances and out-of-network payments.
• Establish and manage patient payment plans in accordance with company policy.
• Follow up on missed, late, or partial payments until the full balance is resolved.
• Track OONW claims and contact patients to collect insurance payments received directly.
• Maintain clear, complete, and review-ready account documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of college education.
• Must have backup power supply (extra laptop/power bank/generator/power station) and backup internet (not mobile data).
• Excellent verbal, written, and reading comprehension skills in English.
• Professional and empathetic interaction skills for sensitive financial conversations.
• Computer proficiency and comfort working within billing systems.
• Healthcare billing or patient collections experience is preferred.
