What you will do

• Monitor portfolio performance using key metrics such as collections, AR aging, DSO, and payer performance.
• Identify revenue cycle risks and trends to develop and execute performance improvement action plans.
• Collaborate with agency leadership, billing teams, and payers to remove barriers to financial performance.
• Provide front-line support and training to billing managers and agency staff on AR and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement regulations.
• Implement tools and resources to improve workflow consistency and operational readiness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, or collections.
• Expertise in Home Health and Hospice billing and reimbursement methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payor requirements.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and develop improvement strategies.
• Proficiency with EMR and RCM systems such as WellSky, HCHB, Waystar, or similar.
