What you will do

  • Deliver healthcare consulting services independently while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Analyze and reconcile financial and operational data, including claims, reimbursements, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare client-ready reports and documentation aligned with healthcare standards.
  • Support client onboarding by gathering intake data and configuring systems for regulatory readiness.
  • Collaborate with compliance, IT, and finance teams to address client challenges.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and payer requirements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or operations.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems like EHRs and claims processing platforms.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA and MACRA.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
