What you will do
- Design and build AI-powered products, agents, and workflows for GTM teams.
- Own the full lifecycle of AI initiatives from discovery to production deployment.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies into practical business applications.
- Develop scalable systems using LLMs, agent frameworks, and modern software engineering practices.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Establish engineering standards and reusable patterns for AI development at scale.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs and AI frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
- Ability to design scalable architectures and make sound technical tradeoffs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience building multi-agent systems.
- Familiarity with RAG, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Experience with GTM workflows or business systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Portfolio of AI projects or open-source contributions.
