What you will do

• Manage end-to-end AI engagements from discovery to production deployment.
• Design and build agentic architectures including orchestration, data hydration, and semantic layers.
• Implement verification frameworks such as pre-flight checks, runtime guardrails, and LLM-as-a-judge.
• Embed governance and compliance standards like OWASP GenAI into client solutions.
• Manage client relationships and align technical decisions with commercial outcomes.
• Develop reusable playbooks and harness components to accelerate future engagements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia or the Philippines.
• Proven experience shipping real agentic systems to production.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms: Salesforce Agentforce, AWS Bedrock, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong production engineering skills in Python and TypeScript.
• Working understanding of the Salesforce surface (Apex, LWC).
• Consulting mindset with the ability to manage stakeholders and scope ambiguous work.

Nice to have

• Background in financial services or regulated sectors.
• Experience with MLOps, observability, and CI for agentic workflows.
• Relevant platform certifications (Salesforce, AWS, or Google Cloud).
