Location: US Remote (requires frequent travel across North America)

What you will do
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation processes as the primary point of contact.
- Develop strategic relationships with stakeholders across warehouse operations and leadership teams.
- Deliver onsite and virtual training workshops to ensure full platform adoption.
- Create and manage Success Plans with clear KPIs and milestones to map business goals to usage.
- Monitor account health using usage data to proactively manage risks and ensure retention.
- Identify and execute renewal and upsell opportunities to expand account value.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or commercial post-sales roles within SaaS or data-driven tech.
- Strong commercial acumen with a history of driving account growth and renewals.
- Ability to interpret and explain high-level warehouse and operational metrics.
- Must be based in the US; sponsorship or relocation is not provided.
- Willingness to travel frequently across North America (estimated 1+ day per week).
- Experience working with dashboards and back-end systems for troubleshooting and trend tracking.
