What you will do
- Own a portfolio of customer accounts with accountability for retention, NRR, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute success plans to align customer business objectives with measurable outcomes.
- Monitor customer health and product adoption to proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Lead renewal motions and identify expansion opportunities through customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and advocate for product improvements based on customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate account records and health tracking within Salesforce and other CS platforms.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing role within SaaS, eCommerce, or technology.
- Proven experience managing account portfolios with accountability for retention, renewals, or revenue performance.
- Experience developing trusted relationships with executive and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate customer insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Must be based in or able to work in Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Nice to have
- Experience in marketplace, feed management, retail technology, digital advertising, or MarTech.
- Familiarity with Gainsight, Tableau, Grafana, or similar analytics platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
