What you will do
- Manage customer relationships from onboarding through renewal across a portfolio of water utility customers.
- Drive adoption and help customers realize measurable business value from the AI platform.
- Monitor customer health and engagement to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Lead account planning, business reviews, and renewal readiness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and health metrics in HubSpot.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.
- Proven experience managing customer relationships and accountability for retention and renewals.
- Experience working with SaaS products or technology platforms.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
- Must be based in the United States
