• Own the company's operating rhythm, including planning sessions and leadership meetings.
• Prepare and run executive meetings, managing agendas and follow-up actions.
• Enable executive leadership by tracking business metrics and providing actionable insights.
• Lead internal communications and support stakeholder alignment.
• Prepare the organization for future business milestones and sales readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or business operations.
• Must be based in the UK.
• AI-native mindset with strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build cross-functional relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive bias for action.
