What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives including business planning, organizational design, and market positioning.
• Translate strategic objectives into execution plans and track operational KPIs across regulatory and commercial workstreams.
• Own day-to-day delivery across cross-functional teams, resolving operational challenges and managing dependencies.
• Support licensing workstreams and embed UK regulatory standards into operational workflows.
• Contribute to the definition and prioritization of the UK product roadmap in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams.
• Promote the effective use of data, analytics, and AI to support decision-making and client-funnel optimization.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in operations and strategy within crypto, fintech, or regulated financial services.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or transforming digital asset or high-growth financial businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and P&L improvement.
• Hands-on operator capable of setting strategy while managing day-to-day operational details.
• Deep understanding of the UK crypto and digital assets landscape, including retail and institutional sectors.

Nice to have

• Direct exposure to FCA regulatory engagement in a licensed or licensing-stage institution.
• Track record of launching and scaling 0→1 products in regulated markets.
• Experience establishing data, analytics, or AI capabilities for commercial decision-making.
