What you will do

  • Own the full business strategy, positioning, go-to-market execution, and P&L.
  • Lead early business development and sales efforts to build and nurture customer relationships.
  • Define and iterate on the end-to-end turnkey CRM growth service model.
  • Operate in founder mode to sell, deliver, and build the initial operating playbook.
  • Execute hands-on across all business functions during the early stages of the unit.
  • Build and scale the team as the business model proves its value.

Requirements

  • Ambitious, hands-on leader with experience taking ownership of new business initiatives.
  • Meaningful background in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing services environments.
  • Proven involvement in business development, commercial initiatives, or new service launches.
  • Strategic thinker capable of shaping vision, earning customer trust, and driving revenue.
  • Strong understanding of CRM operations, segmentation, experimentation, and analytics.
  • Founder-mode mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
