What you will do

• Partner with the COO to translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans.
• Design and manage the company's operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, all-hands, and quarterly planning.
• Lead cross-functional special projects spanning Product, Go-To-Market, and Operations.
• Prepare board decks, investor updates, and high-precision executive communications.
• Define and track company-wide OKRs using data to surface operational gaps.
• Identify and build missing structures or processes to scale the organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, startup operations, or a prior Chief of Staff role.
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Experience interfacing between executives, Engineering, and Commercial/Field teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive and board-level audiences.
• Ability to balance big-picture strategy with meticulous in-the-weeds execution.
• Experience at an early or growth stage startup is strongly preferred.
