What you will do

• Perform fiber and pulp analyses according to industry standards and adjust protocols as needed.
• Report test results and coordinate with other laboratory facilities to ensure corporate alignment.
• Manage job pricing, quotes, and material replenishment in collaboration with customer service and purchasing teams.
• Maintain equipment logs, coordinate yearly calibrations, and perform ongoing maintenance and repairs.
• Train new field personnel on basic laboratory analysis procedures.
• Provide process support for field and product teams while directing hourly employees.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of pulp and paper manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Ability to perform hands-on, mechanically oriented tasks including moderate to heavy lifting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for collaborative team environments.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and organized approach to repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to work onsite in Bedford, NH.
• Employment is contingent upon a background check, physical, and drug screen.

Nice to have

• Associates or Technical degree in a related field.
