Data & Analytics Consultant

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands; the role includes presenting results and conducting workshops at customer sites.

What you will do

• Work with consultants, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers on multidisciplinary client projects.
• Identify business problems by extracting, interpreting, and explaining insights from data.
• Develop statistical and analytical methods for operational problems.
• Translate advanced analytics into actionable business impact and recommendations.
• Present results and conduct workshops at customer sites.

Requirements

• Completed WO Master's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Suitable for a young graduate or a candidate with several years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, collaboration abilities, and communication skills.
• Good Python skills and proficiency in at least one additional analytical language, such as R or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Dutch are required; non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of machine learning techniques or optimization.
• Leadership experience in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings.
• Additional language skills.
