TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS/eCommerce): Managing a portfolio of DACH clients to ensure retention and drive expansion with an accent on strategic impact reviews and customer enablement. Focus on preventing churn, realizing upsells, and acting as the voice of the customer to influence product development.

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands within travel distance from the Utrecht office (hybrid: 2+ days/week); travel to Germany required once per quarter.

Salary: €4,012.5 – €5,000 gross per month (OTE)

What you will do

  • Manage a client portfolio focusing on retention, churn prevention, and identifying upsell/expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct strategic impact reviews, kick-off meetings, and commercially led demos.
  • Develop outcome-driven success plans for agency partners and advertisers.
  • Deliver scalable trainings and product advocacy through webinars, roundtables, and trade shows.
  • Collect client insights and feedback to guide product and development teams.
  • Optimize the customer lifecycle and CSM internal processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management.
  • Experience in SaaS and/or eCommerce (Marketing or Agency background preferred).
  • Business-fluent German (C2 level) and excellent English skills.
  • Valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU citizenship.
  • Ability to work from the Utrecht office at least two days per week.
  • Willingness to travel to Germany at least once per quarter.

Nice to have

  • Background in digital marketing agencies.
  • Experience with high-growth B2B SaaS environments.

Hiring process

  • Introduction call (25 min).
  • Online interview with managers (60 min).
  • Assignment interview and coffee meeting at the Utrecht office.
  • Final interview (60 min) followed by reference checks.
