What you will do
- Own client tickets end-to-end via chat, email, and video for the French market.
- Investigate account activity and transaction history to provide detailed solutions.
- Proactively recommend products and solutions based on client needs.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to resolve bugs and feature requests.
- Contribute to internal projects to improve CRM workflows and databases.
Requirements
- Previous customer-facing experience in customer care or similar roles.
- Professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving skills for untangling ambiguous situations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Mindset for utilizing AI tools to optimize workflows.
