What you will do

• Define and own the AI product vision and roadmap for D2C subscription products.
• Identify and scale AI-powered flows based on usage data and business impact.
• Translate vision into detailed specifications, user flows, and success metrics.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from concept and prototyping to production and QA.
• Build and manage a hypothesis-driven testing pipeline using A/B tests and quality evals.
• Analyze user behavior in Mixpanel to identify engagement gaps and conversion opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management for consumer or SaaS products.
• 1+ year of experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features to production.
• Hands-on experience with prompt iteration, evaluation, and AI quality standards.
• Strong data proficiency, specifically with Mixpanel (cohorts, funnels, A/B testing).
• Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET.
• AI-native workflow using tools like Claude for prototyping and analysis.
