What you will do

• Provide legal support on technology transactions, labor and employment, and intellectual property rights.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs and T&Cs.
• Implement and rollout corporate compliance programs, including data privacy, security, and supplier codes of conduct.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and maintain a compliance tracking system and risk register.
• Handle pre-litigation legal disputes, internal and external investigations, and inquiries.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of PQE dealing with complex commercial, M&A, Private Equity and international technology-related contracts.
• Law degree from a recognized university and admission as an attorney, barrister, or solicitor in Australia, Canada, Europe, Ireland, UK, or USA.
• Must be located in or able to work in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
• Excellent analytical skills and the capacity to manage multiple files simultaneously under pressure.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• MBA, LLM, or CIPP certification.
