What you will do

• Establish and maintain a compliance framework ensuring adherence to ADGM and FSRA regulations.
• Review and advise on policies, procedures, and governance to support a culture of compliance.
• Serve as the principal point of contact with the FSRA for all compliance matters.
• Lead responses to regulatory audits, RFIs, and inspections.
• Prepare and submit all necessary regulatory returns and periodic reports.
• Maintain independence from business lines while ensuring direct access to senior management.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in regulatory and compliance roles within financial markets or crypto exchanges.
• Strong knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks and experience working with regulators.
• Technical expertise in surveillance tools and related technologies.
• Must meet fit and proper requirements under GEN 5.5.1.
• Ability to accept personal liability for regulatory breaches in areas of responsibility.
