Deputy Regulatory Compliance Officer (Web3): Establishing and monitoring compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to ADGM and FSRA regulations with an accent on regulatory alignment and governance. Focus on managing relationships with regulators, leading regulatory audits, and ensuring the firm meets strict financial and AML requirements.

What you will do
- Establish and monitor a compliance framework to ensure the firm meets all applicable ADGM and FSRA regulations, including MIR, GEN, COBS, PRU, and the AML Rulebook.
- Review and advise on policies, procedures, controls, and governance arrangements to support a culture of compliance.
- Act as the principal point of contact with the FSRA for all compliance-related matters and lead responses to regulatory audits and inspections.
- Prepare and submit necessary regulatory returns, notifications, and periodic reports.
- Maintain independence from business lines with direct access to senior management and the board.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in regulatory and compliance roles within financial markets, cryptocurrency exchanges, or stock exchanges.
- Strong knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks and experience working alongside regulators.
- Technical expertise in surveillance tools and related technologies.
- Must meet the fit and proper requirements under GEN 5.5.1 for a Controlled Function approved by the FSRA.
