TL;DR
Product Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS): Developing and executing product marketing assets and GTM strategies for a coaching platform with an accent on sales enablement, messaging frameworks, and competitive intelligence. Focus on building the product marketing function from the ground up and translating customer research into actionable sales tools.
Location: Hybrid (3 days per week) in London (UK) or Toronto (Canada)

What you will do
- Create and maintain core product marketing assets, including pitch narratives, battlecards, one-pagers, and feature release content.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of product and feature launches across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Conduct buyer and customer research to refine messaging, identify objections, and sharpen value propositions.
- Develop competitive intelligence and translate market movements into clear positioning and sales response tools.
- Partner with regional GTM and Sales teams to iterate on messaging effectiveness based on real-world feedback.
- Track the influence of marketing collateral on pipeline, sales conversion, and product adoption using sales metrics.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of product marketing experience within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Proven ability to independently produce high-quality PMM artifacts that are effectively used by sales teams.
- Experience owning the end-to-end process of product and feature launches.
- Ability to thrive in a lean, early-stage function and build processes from scratch.
- Formal PMM training or certification (e.g., Product Marketing Alliance, CXL, Demand Curve).
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid (3 days/week) in London or Toronto.
