What you will do

• Create accurate EPR reports and manage registrations and filings with authorities across multiple markets.
• Monitor changes in EPR legislation and integrate new regulatory requirements into daily processes.
• Manage compliance data, maintain documentation and dashboards, and support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with external service providers and internal Data, Sales, and Product teams.
• Monitor EPR-related costs, invoices, and budgets for financial transparency.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including the integration of AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail when working with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills for data optimization and simple automation.
• Ability to translate legal requirements into practical, actionable steps.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-border stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Initial experience in EPR reporting or product compliance.
• Knowledge of SAP or Power BI.
• Experience with AI-driven initiatives in a business environment.
• German language proficiency (B2 or higher).
