Senior Operations Manager

TL;DR

Senior Operations Manager (Operations): Owning the day-to-day operational running of the studio, office, and systems with an accent on team leadership, facilities management, and process optimization. Focus on building scalable operational frameworks, ensuring health and safety compliance, and supporting the business as it scales.

Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Mill Hill, North West London (5 days per week)

Salary: £55,000–£65,000

What you will do

• Oversee daily office and studio facility operations, including maintenance, infrastructure, and vendor management.
• Line manage the Studio & Tech Team and Operations Assistant, providing coaching and performance development.
• Manage equipment lifecycles, including maintenance, tracking, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate client onboarding, operational readiness, and project-specific requirements.
• Maintain health, safety, and compliance documentation across all business environments.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Operations, Studio Management, or Production roles.
• Experience managing people and leading operational functions.
• Strong understanding of workplace health & safety and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in North West London.
• Experience managing suppliers, facilities, and operational budgets.
• Proficiency with HR, operations, and project management systems.

• Experience within a creative agency, production company, or media business.
