What you will do

• Manage the operating cadence of the International Leadership Team (ILT) to ensure alignment with CEO priorities and business objectives.
• Develop high-impact briefings and recommendations for the BT Executive Committee (ExCo) and the Board.
• Orchestrate CEO readiness for key internal and external engagements, including regulatory, investor, and strategic partner interactions.
• Conduct research and synthesize complex information into strategic counsel and actionable initiatives for the CEO.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across International and Group teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
• Monitor progress of strategic priorities and mitigate emerging organizational risks and barriers.

Requirements

• Cross-functional experience in go-to-market teams, such as commercial, sales, or operational roles.
• Proven track record of driving decision-making among senior business leaders.
• Experience in preparing CEO-level briefings and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Ability to influence and deliver results through others without direct authority.
• Strong organizational knowledge of international brands and products.
