What you will do
- Analyze prospect pain points to identify how solutions address specific business challenges.
- Execute multi-channel prospecting including cold calling, email outreach, and video prospecting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine and implement effective outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities within the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for qualified opportunity generation.
- Provide actionable market intelligence and customer feedback to marketing and product teams.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong passion for business and a growth-oriented mindset.
- High degree of resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Coachability with a willingness to implement feedback and develop sales skills.
- Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.
Nice to have
- At least 1 year of B2B SaaS experience in an SDR role.
- Proficiency with sales tools like Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Loom.
- Knowledge of ecommerce industry trends and metrics.
- Proficiency in a language other than English.
