What you will do

  • Analyze prospect pain points to identify how solutions address specific business challenges.
  • Execute multi-channel prospecting including cold calling, email outreach, and video prospecting.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine and implement effective outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities within the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals for qualified opportunity generation.
  • Provide actionable market intelligence and customer feedback to marketing and product teams.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong passion for business and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • High degree of resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Coachability with a willingness to implement feedback and develop sales skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

  • At least 1 year of B2B SaaS experience in an SDR role.
  • Proficiency with sales tools like Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Loom.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce industry trends and metrics.
  • Proficiency in a language other than English.
