Location: Hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland (minimum 8 days per month in office).

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature.
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in the public sector.
- Collaborate with Legal Engineering to design impactful demos and AI workflows.
- Map complex organizational structures to identify high-value use cases.
- Guide multi-stakeholder deals through legal, IT, and procurement processes.
- Deliver compelling business cases demonstrating the strategic impact of the AI platform.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- Native-level Polish and fluent English (C1+) are required.
- Experience navigating complex procurement cycles and cross-functional buying committees.
- Strong commercial instincts and confidence engaging C-level decision-makers.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw.
Nice to have
- Legal background (law degree or practice experience).
- Familiarity with legal tech or enterprise SaaS platforms.
