What you will do
- Own the multi-year product roadmap for Australia, balancing immediate localization needs with long-term market differentiators.
- Lead deep-dive customer research with Australian contractors to uncover unarticulated needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Collaborate with US-based core product teams to ensure the global architecture supports seamless internationalization.
- Partner with the Australian Go-To-Market team (Sales, Implementation, and Success) to iterate on feedback and enable effective customer service.
- Establish and track region-specific metrics such as product adoption, localized feature parity, and churn.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of launching products in new geographic markets or managing complex localization/internationalization projects.
- Deep technical comfort with complex integrations, including accounting ecosystems (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) and API-heavy telecom workflows.
- Ability to work an adjusted schedule (e.g., 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM AEST) to ensure overlap with US-based engineering and product teams.
- Must be based in the United States.
