What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Transitions team comprising managers, consultants, and data analysts.
  • Oversee the delivery of new PRT scheme transitions from onboarding through to successful handover.
  • Collaborate with Transition Directors and Client Service teams to manage client requirements and expectations.
  • Manage scheme project management, customer updates, and data validation.
  • Control team priorities and capacity to meet service levels and contractual obligations.
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes and systems while identifying and mitigating operational risks.

Requirements

  • Pensions qualification (e.g., PMI or CII) or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Strong understanding of Defined Benefit pension schemes and Pension Risk Transfer (PRT).
  • Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing professional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across different business areas.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly in London.
