What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design initiatives from problem definition and discovery through final delivery.
• Simplify complex retail workflows by creating intuitive, efficient experiences for merchants.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable solutions that balance user needs and technical feasibility.
• Conduct user research, testing, and validation with merchants to ensure data-informed decisions.
• Apply systems thinking to improve consistency across products and contribute to shared design patterns.
• Mentor teammates and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design within product-focused technology companies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interface design and workflow simplification.
• Experience designing for mature, large-scale products and modernization efforts.
• Proficiency in prototyping, user research methods, and usability testing.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in Canada.
