TL;DR

Partners Account Executive (French Market): Driving the growth of the partner program by identifying and building strategic relationships with partners in the HR space. Focus on executing the full sales cycle, managing partner relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence in France.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €35,000–€55,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Search for and onboard new potential partners into the partner program.
  • Execute the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to closing and implementation support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners who sell, implement, and support the platform.
  • Hold regular meetings, demos, and check-ins to keep partners updated and solve their clients' problems.
  • Gather feedback from partners to identify pain points and opportunities for product development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience.

Requirements

  • French: Native or near-native proficiency required
  • English: Fluent proficiency required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, B2B, or Partner relationships within a SaaS or digital transformation environment.
  • Hunter mentality with a persistent and proactive approach to sales.
  • Strong communication and empathy skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain

Nice to have

  • Experience building a business unit or team from scratch.
  • Prior experience in channel sales or partnership management.
  • Knowledge or experience in Human Resources, Software, or Payroll industries.
  • Experience dealing with SMBs.
