Account Executive, Planning (Media/Marketing): Support the UK Connections Planning team in designing audiences, connections, content, and measurement to deliver innovative, effective client media solutions with an accent on translating consumer and market insights into actionable media plans and coordinating with channel specialists to execute and optimize campaigns. Focus on planning award-winning campaigns, partnering with Intelligence and Strategic Planning, and ensuring media performance is measured and improved.

What you will do

• Support Connections Planners in defining audiences, connections, content, and measurement for client media solutions.
• Translate consumer trends and strategic direction into actionable media planning recommendations.
• Work closely with Intelligence and Strategic Planning, specialist channel teams, and Live Planning to bring plans to life.
• Spend the majority of time supporting planning of award-winning campaigns and coordinating execution with channel specialists.
• Help ensure media is measured and optimized across channels to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Be based in the UK and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Strong knowledge of the UK media market.
• Ability to understand and apply the role of technology in targeting audiences and shaping connections and content.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders (e.g., intelligence/strategic planning, channel teams, and client leadership).
