What you will do

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes for assigned customer accounts.
• Deliver high-quality financial reports, dashboards, and variance analysis to track KPIs.
• Analyze customer-specific costs to identify risks and drive margin improvement initiatives.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Partner with global commercial teams to optimize financial outcomes and provide commercial support.
• Contribute to financial process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong expertise in finance, accounting, and IFRS/IAS standards.
• Proven experience in financial control within a complex, matrix, international organization.
• Proficiency in Oracle financial systems and SAP.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to work independently.
• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary.
