What you will do

• Own month-end and year-end outputs, validating actuals vs. budget and forecasts across all entities.
• Lead and develop a small team of controllers, setting priorities and closing skill gaps.
• Act as the full deputy to the CFO across all settings and stakeholders.
• Provide support for M&A activities and group-level financial planning.
• Manage the transfer pricing framework, including monthly calculations and intercompany recharges.
• Oversee the credit & collection (C&C) function and align dunning procedures across brands.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in finance.
• 3-5 years in a senior controlling or finance management role.
• Strong technical expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and group reporting.
• Proven track record of building and developing finance teams.
• Experience managing financial complexity across multiple entities or countries.
• Clear and direct communication skills for interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
