TL;DR
IT Senior Director Business Relationship Manager - EMEA (IT strategy and gaming technology): Developing and executing IT strategies and multi-year roadmaps for Aristocrat Interactive and the EMEA region with an accent on digital transformation, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and enterprise integration. Focus on governing complex portfolios, influencing C-level stakeholders, leading change initiatives, and building IT capabilities across EMEA.

Location: London, United Kingdom; must be based in London and work on-site three days per week. Occasional travel across the EMEA region is required.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement IT strategies and multi-year roadmaps for hirify.global Interactive and the EMEA region.
  • Build relationships with executive business stakeholders and IT leaders, influencing technology decisions and business value.
  • Lead IT project governance, portfolio intake, prioritization, operations reviews, and steering committees.
  • Coordinate enterprise IT projects and change management initiatives across EMEA.
  • Lead executive-level reporting on project, portfolio, and roadmap status.
  • Serve as EMEA IT Site Leader, managing and growing the IT team while driving capability maturity and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, project management, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in IT application development, operations, and cybersecurity.
  • Technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and architecture standards.
  • Experience leading digital transformation programs, including cloud migration and enterprise integration.
  • Demonstrated C-level engagement, executive influence, portfolio management, and multi-year roadmap reporting.
  • Must be based in London and available for on-site work three days per week, with occasional EMEA travel.

Nice to have

  • PMP, development, or IT operations certifications.
  • Advanced academic degree.
