What you will do

• Design and implement accounting structures, charts of accounts, and reporting lines for new and acquired entities.
• Perform books cleanup, reconciliations, and close processes across multiple software companies.
• Develop detailed P&L reporting including metrics like CAC/LTV and ROI for various business lines.
• Support M&A activities through target analysis, seller verification, and post-acquisition performance tracking.
• Investigate complex accounting discrepancies, misallocated expenses, and potential fraud.
• Leverage AI tools and modern software like QuickBooks and Xero to optimize finance operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• CPA or equivalent strongly preferred; objective evidence of exceptional ability (e.g., Latin honors, top CPA board rating).
• 1–4 years of experience in Big 4 audit or US-focused accounting (exceptional fresh graduates considered).
• Strong proficiency in accounting mechanics, reconciliations, and books cleanup.
• Excellent written English for communicating complex issues to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to overlap with US working hours for investigative and advisory tasks.

Nice to have

• Exposure to US GAAP or experience serving US clients.
