What you will do

• Support origination efforts and markethirify.global of FI advisory mandates, includhirify.global M&A and bancassurance transactions.
• Lead the creation of pitch books and strategic markethirify.global materials.
• Oversee all aspects of transaction execution and day-to-day project management.
• Direct complex financial modellhirify.global and analytical processes.
• Manage client relationships and liaison with relevant authorities and professionals.
• Supervise, train, and develop junior colleagues while ensurhirify.global high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounthirify.global, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, M&A advisory, or investment bankhirify.global.
• Prior experience advishirify.global clients within the Financial Institutions (FI) sector.
• Advanced financial modellhirify.global, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Proven track record in executhirify.global M&A, strategic investments, or capital raishirify.global transactions.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentorhirify.global junior team members.
