What you will do

• Act as a sparring partner for senior management to support strategic and tactical decision-making.
• Design and deliver financial and non-financial performance reviews, strategic dialogues, and dynamic planning.
• Advise on operational efficiency, cost modeling, and financial control for the CTO organization.
• Perform run-rate analysis and prepare business cases for change programs.
• Maintain full control of P&L and FTE costs, including requisition approvals and analytical reviews.
• Collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders to ensure transparency and consistency in financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, finance advisory, or business controlling.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, Power Query, and Advanced Excel.
• Proven ability to build reports from scratch and communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations for financial communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, particularly Wholesale Banking.
• Familiarity with SmartView, Hyperion, Essbase, or TM1.
