Finance Business Partner (AVP) (Retail Banking & Technology): Providing strategic financial insights and advisory support to the Global CTO organization with an accent on operational efficiency, cost modeling, and financial planning. Focus on driving robust decision-making through performance reviews, dynamic planning, and advanced data analysis to support the bank's digital transformation.
Location: Must be based in Makati, Philippines

What you will do
- Act as a sparring partner for senior management in strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Design and deliver financial and non-financial performance reviews, strategic dialogues, and dynamic planning.
- Advise on operational efficiency, cost modeling, and financial control for the CTO organization.
- Perform run-rate analysis and prepare business cases for change programs.
- Maintain full control of P&L and FTEs, including requisition approvals and cost charging.
- Collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders to ensure transparency and consistency in reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, finance advisory, or business controlling.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, Power Query, and Advanced Excel.
- Proven ability to build reports from scratch and communicate insights effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Must be based in Makati, Philippines.
Nice to have
- Experience in banking, particularly Wholesale Banking.
- Familiarity with SmartView, Hyperion, Essbase, or TM1.
