TL;DR
Head of Marketing (Fintech): Leading the global brand, demand engine, and marketing function for a prop trading comparison platform with an accent on unified multi-channel strategy and commercial discipline. Focus on scaling audience growth, optimizing CAC/ROI, and building a senior marketing leadership layer.
Location: Remote. EU/UK timezone strongly preferred; MENA acceptable with 4+ hours of overlap with CET. Occasional travel to Dubai HQ required.
Salary: $10,000–$15,000 / month gross

What you will do
- Own global brand positioning, voice, and visual identity to make PFM the most trusted brand in prop trading.
- Scale the demand engine across web, social, paid, and community channels while maintaining efficiency discipline.
- Manage marketing performance, attribution, and budget, ensuring measurable ROI and revenue growth.
- Build and structure the marketing team across four pillars: Brand & Comms, Growth, Owned Media, and Community & Partnerships.
- Lead PR, thought leadership, and industry events to shape the conversation in the prop trading industry.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership (CMO, VP Marketing, or Head of Marketing) in a high-growth company.
- Multi-channel fluency across brand, performance, and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong commercial and analytical thinking with experience managing CAC, payback, and ROI targets.
- Proven track record of recruiting and structuring a marketing function end-to-end.
- Experience with modern marketing tech, attribution tools, and AI/automation.
- Must be based in EU/UK or MENA (with 4+ hours overlap with CET hours).
Nice to have
- Background in Fintech, trading, crypto, or adjacent consumer finance.
- Deep SEO expertise.
- Experience with international market expansion playbooks.
- Prior experience structuring senior marketing leadership layers from scratch.
