What you will do

• Lead and mentor scrum teams across a range of complex and diverse projects.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to groom and maintain the product backlog.
• Work with IT Technical and Cloud Infrastructure Architects to maintain applications in Azure environments.
• Remove impediments to team progress and ensure timely delivery of requirements.
• Improve team communication and transparency to ensure stakeholders receive the right information.
• Create and maintain knowledge-sharing and training documentation.

Requirements

• Experience with automated testing, pair programming, and continuous delivery.
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks.
• Proficiency with CI/CT and DevOps tools and technologies.
• Experience in an Agile methodology (SAFe qualification is a plus).
• Understanding of the Business Change cycle from inception to implementation.
• Experience working in a professional IT environment, ideally within insurance or financial services.
