Infrastructure Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead and motivate teams of consultants to deliver complex infrastructure projects that drive real business outcomes.
• Assume full delivery and financial responsibility for technology and business change infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify new propositions and drive the growth of the Infrastructure practice.
• Identify new client opportunities, shape requirements, provide estimates, and lead the sales process.
• Mentor junior staff and share professional knowledge to improve organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects with high customer satisfaction.
• Experience leading large-scale technology and business change projects, including scoping deliverables and timeframes.
• Experience managing system integration projects involving multiple technologies and third-party suppliers.
• Strong communication skills to build trust with management, team members, and customers.
• Proficiency in financial management, including estimation, cost control, and commercial negotiation.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work from Leeds, United Kingdom
