What you will do
- Lead cross-functional alignment on project direction to ensure a shared product vision.
- Own and drive project scope, ensuring the definition and delivery of product requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to achieve critical milestones and retailer timelines.
- Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams, translating complex challenges.
- Present regularly to senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Manage budgets and track project performance against key business metrics.
Requirements
- Engineering background with a strong technical understanding of product development and manufacturing.
- 5+ years of experience in project management or engineering roles.
- Proven track record of managing projects through the full lifecycle, ideally in consumer goods or household appliances.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive or board-level stakeholders.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be based in London, UK
Nice to have
- Experience with SolidWorks or Creo.
- Prior experience in budget management.
