• Design strategic data goals and measurable targets for the Customer Voice Program.
• Manage the intake process for data requests and maintain accuracy of team scorecards.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools into reporting frameworks to accelerate insight delivery.
• Tie change management success metrics to overall business reporting to drive operational excellence.
• Establish governance processes and structured libraries for secure and searchable insight storage.

• Proven experience as a strategic data storyteller capable of translating complex datasets into simple narratives.
