Performance Data Analyst

Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week)

What you will do

• Investigate data quality issues to identify root causes and implement remediation steps.
• Liaise with external Data Partners and internal Data Developers to resolve data discrepancies.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure adherence to SLA commitments.
• Act as an escalation point for global support teams regarding calculation methodology queries.
• Support the maintenance of operational integrity and implement sustainable fixes for recurring issues.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data operations, data analysis, or financial market data environments.
• Proven experience working with data pipelines, quality checks, and investigations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail under deadline pressure.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalable workflows.
• Must be able to work onsite in Manila 2-3 times per week.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Databricks.
• Experience with SQL.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for investigation.
