What you will do
- Provide day-to-day support for Workday Adaptive Planning users and troubleshoot system issues.
- Maintain financial models, dimensions, versions, and security settings within the planning ecosystem.
- Monitor data integrations between Adaptive Planning, ERP systems, and other financial applications.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance to ensure consistency across financial systems.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and sheets to support planning and forecasting cycles.
- Participate in finance systems enhancement projects, user acceptance testing, and process automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience supporting financial systems, FP&A applications, or ERP systems.
- Exposure to Workday Adaptive Planning, QAD ERP, SAP ERP, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Must be based in Manila to support the remote role.
Nice to have
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Hyperion.
- Basic SQL or data analysis experience.
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
