TL;DR
Workday Technical Integration Specialist (ERP): Designing and delivering Workday technology solutions for global HR operations with an accent on Studio, Cloud Connectors, and EIB. Focus on building scalable integrations, developing complex custom reports, and ensuring system reliability within a global SDLC framework.
Location: Hybrid in Taguig City, Philippines (at least 2-3 days in-office). Must be able to align with US Eastern Time business hours.

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, Cloud Connectors, and EIB.
- Translate HR business requirements into technical configurations, reports, and custom applications.
- Lead end-to-end testing for integrations, including unit test case creation and SDLC adherence.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and embedded analytics to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage technical delivery and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Workday integration tools (Studio, Cloud Connectors, REST/SOAP, XML, XSLT).
- 3+ years of experience in Workday report writing, including calculated fields and discovery boards.
- Strong knowledge of the Workday security model.
- Experience working in both application development and production support environments.
- Ability to align with US Eastern Time business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating Workday with Greenhouse or similar platforms.
- Programming skills in Python, Java, .Net, or C++.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts.
