What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning business objectives with technology solutions.
• Conduct needs assessments and document specifications using advanced Business Analysis (BA) methodologies.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into precise functional and non-functional specifications.
• Guide customers through application modernization and the selection of optimal packaged solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to plan and implement designs within time and cost targets.
• Consult on hardware/OS compatibility, data conversion processes, and training requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in application development, deployment, and modernization.
• 5+ years of experience in application architecture, middleware, and data.
• Proficiency in SQL, BI, database principles, and networking fundamentals.
• Deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration.
• Strong ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
• Must be based in Mexico City (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience implementing SaaS applications such as SAP, Oracle Cloud ERP, NetSuite, or PeopleSoft.
• Knowledge of application modernization tools (e.g., CAST).
• Experience implementing DevSecOps processes.
• Ability to quantify risks and develop remediation strategies for stakeholders.
