What you will do

• Serve as the primary functional subject matter expert for PeopleSoft FSCM AR and CR modules.
• Manage end-to-end configurations including customer master data, payment processing, and aging rules.
• Lead functional design phases and create Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
• Monitor and optimize batch job performance and system dependencies.
• Provide Level 2 Service Desk support and coordinate with Tier 3 managed services.
• Partner with state agencies to gather requirements and synchronize ticketing platforms.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in functional configuration within an enterprise ERP environment.
• 12+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable/Billing modules.
• 12+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft developer tools (Application Designer, SQL/SQR, BI Publisher).
• 10+ years of experience managing Major Incident Management (MIM) and disaster recovery processes.
• 10+ years of public sector experience supporting large networks of government agencies.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 core modules including Accounts Payable and Purchasing.
• Experience with Inventory, Strategic Sourcing, and Project Costing modules.
• Background in production support for legacy statewide financial systems.
