What you will do

• Manage the full integration development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement scalable integration solutions by collaborating with cross-functional business teams.
• Provide ongoing technical support, monitor existing integrations, and troubleshoot errors to ensure minimal downtime.
• Partner with third-party vendors to develop and test external Workday integrations.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions using Workday Extend.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for mass data loads using tools such as EIBs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with the Workday platform, including application configuration and implementations.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Connectors, Web Services, Document Transformation).
• Expertise in creating custom reports, calculated fields, and BIRT layouts.
• Proven ability to design, build, and create applications within Workday Extend.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting business priorities in a high-performing team environment.
