Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product design with a balance of strategy and execution.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience, interaction, and visual design.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, ambiguous initiatives without formal authority.
• Strong practical experience with AI-powered design, including LLM integrations and prototyping tools.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
